Cohort 2 Applications Now Open for students
in Years 10 and 11 in 2025

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

The Array

  • Delivers the Intensive blocks

  • Monitors student attendance

  • Administers and grades assessments

  • Provides food and snacks

The School

  • Ensures transport to and from The Array

  • Moderates assessments and submits on behalf of student  

The Student

  • Commits to being present every day during each block

  • Commits to submitting the assessment no later than the week after each Block

  • Brings an open mind and a curiosity to learn!

Timeline
  • In term 1 and the term 2, applications are open for current year 10 and 11 students.

  • Students are interviewed term 2 and successful applicants are notified by the end of term 2 .

  • Array hosts an information session term 3 week 5 for all parents, teachers and students. 

  • First Intensive Block is term 3 week 10 and covers Web Development

  • Second Intensive Block is term 4 week 8 and covers Ai / Machine Learning

  • Third Intensive Block is the following year term 1 week 10 and covers Cyber Security

  • Fourth and final Intensive Block is term 2 week 10 and covers a personal project of the student's choice.

Learn with the best in The Array and 42 Adelaide’s intensive SACE stage 2 Digital Technologies program.

 

A globally renowned curriculum from the Global Tech School 42 Paris, this year 12 subject can be completed alongside other school classes and is available for all year 10 and 11 students in the NT.

Students will work through their year 12 Digital Technologies subject in just 4 weeks throughout the school year, one week per term.

 

Throughout the course students will develop their technology portfolios in Web Development, Ai and Machine Learning, Cyber Security and finish with a personal project.

FAQs

  • While any school can apply, please note that positions are free only for the students who are enrolled into a public high school school located in the Territory.

    Other schools are welcome to apply, in which case a member of The Array will be in touch to discuss fees. 

     

  • Yes! 

    This will be accredited like any other subject taken at school. 

  • Well technically, it's 4 weeks of learning, plus a week per block for finishing off your assessments. 

    The weeks are intensive! It is amazing how much you cover when you can just focus on one subject for a week! Plus the way we teach means you get to work to your strengths, which often means deeper, more efficient learning!

  • Yes!
    But there are also many options here in the city to choose from. You will need to ensure you have permission from your parents and school first.
